The Europeade 2015 in Helsingborg

Helsingborg is now hosting the annual Europeade, which is the biggest folk culture festival in Europe. The aim of Europeade is to create European friendship though folk dance and music.

An oligarch´s idea of holiday fun

 

Early this morning, Russian oligarch - and owner of the Chelsea football team - was on his way to Copenhagen onboard his mega yacht MY Eclipse. Here are some facts about the world´s second largest privately owned yacht:

M/Y Eclipse is a luxury motor yacht constructed by Blohm + Voss of Hamburg, Germany. Her exterior and interior were designed by Terence Disdale Design and her naval architect was Francis Design.^[4] The yacht was delivered to Russian businessman Roman Abramovich on 9 December 2010. At 163.5 metres (536 ft) long,^[5] Eclipse is the world's second largest private yacht, 17.3 metres (57 ft) shorter than Azzam, which launched in April, 2013.^[6 ''

Eclipse has two helicopter pads, 24 guest cabins, two swimming pools, several hot tubs, and a disco hall.^[7] It is also equipped with three launch boats and a mini-submarine that is capable of submerging to 50 metres. Yesterday we experienced unusually storm weather in the Öresund region:
